Cheese and Wine Tasting with Underdog Wine Co.

Underdog Wine Co. isn’t your average wine store. Just like their offerings, the shop is small but mighty. They root for the underdogs of the wine industry – small-batch producers making honest wines. The stock is constantly rotating and features wines that owner Ryan Sciara loves to drink. Join us in welcoming Ryan for his first pairing class at the farm. Guests will delight in five wines perfectly paired with five of our award-winning sheep’s milk cheeses along while learning more about these small producers.

Note that there will be a change for attendees this year. Due to the nature of our events and communal space, we are requiring either proof of full vaccination or a proof of a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of the event to attend any of our in-person ticketed events. Vaccination cards or test results will need to be presented at check-in, so guests can enjoy the event mask-free and feeling safe. Please understand that the safety of our guests and staff is our first priority as we move into hosting you again.
