Sparkling wine aficionado and General Manager of Ça Va Champagne Bar in Westport, Jim Coley, shares pairings of our artisan, small batch cheeses with his favorite sparkling wines.
What better way to celebrate a spring afternoon than to leisurely sip some fantastic bubbly wines from all over the world paired with our award-winning sheep’s milk cheeses?
