Join Green Dirt Farm and Casual Animal Brewing for a cheese and beer pairing class at the brewery. This private class will take you on a food adventure into the world of beer and cheese while you delight in five pairings (a flight of five original Casual Animal beers and five 1 oz. portions of Green Dirt Farm cheeses). Learn about pairing cheese with beer and how to create a perfect pairing night at home. Staff will be available for casual Q&A as well. Green Dirt Farm will have cheese available for purchase after the class.
