Cheese Tasting with Tyler Shane Chocolates

If you joined us for a tour or dinner last year, you may recognize this friendly face! Tyler Shane is back at the farm, but this time as the star! Since the 2021 season ended, Tyler has gone on to start her own chocolate company – Tyler Shane Chocolates. Her creations are not only delicious, they’re beautiful too – and we’re so proud of her!

After working at Christopher Elbow chocolates for several years, she decided to venture on her own to create Tyler Shane Chocolates. Inspired by her Latin roots, she pays homage to the origin of cacao through her artisan chocolate bonbons and Latin-inspired ingredients.

Guests will enjoy one-of-a-kind chocolate and cheese pairings with two glasses of wine included.
