Port Fonda is renowned throughout the Midwest for its inventive menu featuring the delicious flavors of interior Mexican cuisine. He has been a great supporter of Green Dirt Farm over the years and we are thrilled that he will be returning this year. Patrick was instrumental in helping to create the Farm Table Dinner series here at Green Dirt Farm and his dinners have always been fabulous interpretations of the seasonal theme, we can’t wait to see what this year has to offer.
