Do you love cheeses that have that ooey, gooey texture on the inside, next to the rind? Do you love bubbly wines from France? Have you ever tried them together? Join us, as we taste and explore different examples of cheeses with a creamline (not just our own!) and pair them with sparkling wines in the Crémant style!
Guests will enjoy five pairings of cheese and wine, as well as a presentation on creamlines, cheesemaking, and Crémants, presented by your Green Dirt Farm host and our favorite sommelier, Kathi Rohlfing.
