Kyle Hopkins loves beer and food, but what he really loves is combining the two. Luckily, he gets to do that a lot as Boulevard Brewing Company’s Tours and Rec Ambassador, where a big part of his job is developing menus for beer pairings and special events. Before Boulevard, while working as a high school English teacher in Kansas City, KS, Kyle and his wife, Emily Farris, co-wrote a weekly recipe column, Cooking with Booze, for a men’s lifestyle publication, and ran a secretive pop-up supper club called Food Underground Kansas City (F.U.K.C.). Kyle is a Certified Cicerone® and lives in East Brookside with his lovely wife, their adorable one-year-old son Teddy, and their two rowdy rescue mutts, Jack and Willie Bobo. Join us at our beautiful barn as Kyle prepares a five-course meal featuring our lamb and award-winning sheep’s milk cheeses!
