Soil Collective is a group of Chefs from Kansas City that are pooling their resources and dedicating their time to researching and exploring a new local cuisine, helping reduce food waste and feed those in need. They are not only interested in telling the story of their region through the food they serve but, they also want to build a stronger community and they believe it starts with food. They source strictly from Missouri and Kansas and believe in fare that is driven by vegetables, fruit and wild ingredients.
